Overview

I supported the launch of the State of Colorado Behavioral Health Administration’s inaugural Learning Hub — a statewide online education platform serving behavioral health professionals that was built to meet legislative mandates. My role evolved over time from UX governance and quality assurance into project management support for platform strategy and long-term maintenance. The goal was to ensure the platform launched with high quality, accessibility, and a sustainable operational model.

Challenge

As a new statewide learning platform, the Learning Hub faced several risks:

• No established UX governance or quality standards
• Rapid course development across multiple contributors
• High accessibility and compliance expectations
• Limited operational processes for long-term maintenance
• Need for consistent learner experience across courses
