Overview
I supported the launch of the State of Colorado Behavioral Health Administration’s inaugural Learning Hub — a statewide online education platform serving behavioral health professionals. My role evolved over time from UX governance and quality assurance into project management support for platform strategy and long-term maintenance. The goal was to ensure the platform launched with high quality, accessibility, and a sustainable operational model.
Challenge
As a new statewide learning platform, the Learning Hub faced several risks:- No established UX governance or quality standards
