About me
I am a UX and product design leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through complexity and large-scale digital transformation. Across healthcare, education, financial services, and mission-driven enterprises, I have partnered with executive leadership to align user insight, business strategy, and technical execution into cohesive, scalable product ecosystems.
My work operates at the enterprise level — shaping UX governance, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and embedding human-centered design into organizational decision-making. I focus on creating clarity across functions, reducing risk through disciplined discovery and validation, and ensuring that digital investments translate into measurable business and human outcomes. Design, in my view, is not a downstream activity; it is a strategic lever for alignment, innovation, and performance.
My foundation in abstract fine art and photography continues to inform how I approach systems-level challenges. Art demands the ability to find structure within ambiguity, to balance competing forces, and to exercise intentional restraint. Those same principles guide how I architect product strategies, structure information ecosystems, and design services that must operate coherently across teams, platforms, and stakeholders. Every element exists in relationship to a larger whole.
